The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation is funding a German Research Chair in “Mathematics and its Applications” at AIMS South Africa. The African Institute of Mathematical Sciences in South Africa is located in Muizenberg, Cape Town. • The call is open to researchers from all countries, not just Africa
• Funding is for up to € 835,000

AIMS would love the chair to have a keen interest in mathematics and science in Africa, and play a central role in shaping the research landscape in Africa.
