The Limongelli Research Group (LRG) at University of Lugano USI (Switzerland) has one PhD and one Postdoc openings for candidates with a strong background in the Machine Learning field, ideally with expertise in Graph Neural Networks and/or Geometric Deep Learning.
The research is within the framework of the ERC CoMMBi project “Computational Microscope on Molecular Binding: from atom to cell membrane scale” and will focus on development and application of computational methods for binding free energy calculations on GPCR receptors.
