A non-renewable one-year research position has been opened at the Maths Department, University of Pisa, on Machine learning methods on multi-type datasets, in partnership with the company Miningful Studio. The position is financed through the FSC funds of the Nuovo Piano Sviluppo e Coesione (New Development and Cohesion Plan) of Regione Toscana within the framework of the Giovanisì project (www.giovanisi.it), promoted by Regione Toscana to enhance young people’s autonomy.

The topic is the development of predictive models that include data from different sources (sensors, RFID, NFC, external data, production monitoring systems, etc.) in order to increase predictive capabilities, and to optimize data collection and management. Specifically, we want to develop predictive models that include images and tabular data at the same time.
