We are looking for PhD candidates to join the TACsy (Training Alliance for Computational Systems Chemistry) Marie-Skłodowska-Curie Joint Doctoral Network. This network is combining computer science and systems chemistry. It consists of fifteen highly interlinked PhD projects. Each project has its own blend of subjects and skill requirements between computer science and chemistry.

In Phd project #5, Machine Learning for Automated Synthesis Planning, we will develop novel machine learning algorithms to infer constraints on conditions for chemical reactions. This project is hosted by the Machine Learning research unit at TU Wien and by Leipzig University with a planned secondment at South Denmark University.

More information on the project can be found on the project website. Application for all positions is via the South Denmark University's job portal, the deadline is February 15th, 2023.

We are looking forward to receiving your application!
